MEET YOUR PROVIDER
René Bush
MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C, ACNP-BC
René Bush MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C, ACNP-BC is an advanced practice registered nurse with over 20 years of combined patient care experience. He is board-certified as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, a family nurse practitioner and an acute care nurse practitioner. He has a Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of South Alabama, a post-master’s certificate from Northwestern State University, and a Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing degree from Southeastern Louisiana University. He is licensed to practice in Louisiana and Texas.
René has a passion for helping people who are struggling with mental illness and provides compassionate care to patients 18 to 64 years of age. He has experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions including substance abuse, ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia.
In his practice, René takes a holistic approach to care, addressing both the physical and emotional aspects of his patients' health. He is committed to providing personalized care that is tailored to each patient's unique needs and circumstances. His patients appreciate his warmth, empathy, and ability to help them feel heard and understood.
In addition to his clinical work, René is dedicated to staying up to date with the latest research and advances in mental health care. He is a member of American Association of Nurse Practitioners and attends regular continuing education courses and conferences.
Outside of work, René enjoys traveling and spending time with his family and friends. He is passionate about promoting mental health awareness and reducing the stigma associated with mental illness.
